Kings of the City

We have two Kings of the City: Jonathan and Josh. Well done to both of you for the activities completed before the holiday ๐Ÿ™‚
I can’t award a King or Queen for the last two weeks as it’s been too quiet on Education City ๐Ÿ˜ฅ Maybe you didn’t get chance because of the homework you’ve all been doing? Or maybe it’s because you’ve been busy going on the other SPAG revision sites? Either way, let’s try and increase the number of completed games this week, please…

You wear it well…

Dobrusia keeps the crown for the second week in a row and remains our Queen of the City ๐Ÿ™‚ Well done to you, Dobrusia and thank you to all of the children that have completed activities this week. You’ll be pleased to get your hands on another of the One Direction prizes ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’d like to give a special mention to Giga, who is a new face on the class report this week – I’ll put you a signature on the chart on Monday. I’ll also put one on for you, Josh: it looks like you’ll be back in the game if you have a big push next week…

A new Queen of the City!

Well the girls have certainly made up for their slow start! Our new Queen of the City is Dobrusia who was streets ahead completing by far the most activities. Special mention for Jonathan who was herย  nearest rival for the throne.

Well done to all of you who completed activities this week: they were really carefully chosen to work on suitable areas. I’ll put you a class credit on, on Monday, as there was such an increase in activity ๐Ÿ™‚ Who will be crowned next week..? And a message for Josh: have you gone in for early retirement?!

Here come the girls!!

It had to happen sooner or later: Josh has taken a tumble and lost his place as King of the City. This week, we have two Queens (finally!) and they are Alice and Jasmine – well done to both of you! Collect your prizes on Monday, girls. By the way, it might interest the girls (and maybe some of the boys – who knows?!) to know that I’ve got some One Direction prizes to go into our prize box, so maybe that might incentivise you to play a few more games this week …

Somone’s getting comfy!!

Josh is not giving that throne up!! For the third week in a row he is our King of the City. Wellย  done, Josh, for completing the most activities and for redoing activities to improve on your original score ๐Ÿ™‚ Special mention to Finlay for your efforts – you were only four activities behind Josh. Is anyone going to become our Queen or will it be Josh and Finlay battling it out again next week ..?

The King retains his crown!

I’m afraid you’re in for a disappointment girls: Josh remains King of the City for another week! Once again, he was the most accurate and the most prolific (look it up!) player. Well done Josh. How about you try for three weeks in a row? Special mentions to Finlay for some super spelling work and Lily for working on her maths. You’ve got lots of time this week to try to steal that crown so get playing!

King of the City

I’ve checked out who’s been using Education City this week and I’m going to award King of the city to Kyle R as he’s completed the most activities (and he was the most accurate).ย  You can collect a prize from the prize box on Monday, Kyle. Special mention for Andrew for finding a game to help him with this week’s spelling target – brill! I’ll award a signature for anyone getting a special mention for their work on Education City ๐Ÿ™‚ Go to ‘My City’ for games linked to our recent learning or find some of your own…
