    1. It’s very late, Lewis!! Time for sleep 😯 In the morning, could you talk about the skills that you have developed?

  1. Well I wish we could do something like that again because it was very fun and creative . I found doing a little bit harder than doing it all because when you do it all you can do it in right place and then you know it is in the right place

  2. I enjoyed painting a part to a whole, because I have learnt to work with people in art instead of doing a remake of a masterpiece by myself! I was very proud of my work and could happily do it again with my topic group! Same as Lewis, I wish we can do this again someday with this topic or another for future learning in Year 6! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  3. I really enjoyed the art yesterday and my group worked well because we had different roles and I would recommend it

  4. Hello Mrs Larkin , I was off poorly but it looks like you had loads of fun! Hopefully, I can have a go if you go back to it! Looks like fun! Hopefully, you are all proud of your paintings because with the looks of it they’re looking amazing, magnificent and effective!

  5. Hi Mrs Larkin I loved doing that painting yesterday it was really fun and creative!I would love to do that again; even though it was hard work because I did lots of the painting. It is so much fun working as a team , working with different people and finding different strategies to work with the paint. It was a great experience! The part of painting we had to do was trees, bushes and a Roman soldier on a horse .

  6. I really enjoyed the art. Me and Lewis were experimenting with the different colours!!! We got a bit messy!!!πŸ˜‰πŸŽ¨

  7. Some of us used depth, scale and texture to make our paintings like the one we were replicating. When we put all our 6 parts together it wasn’t the same but you could tell where the groups left off for the other parts to carry on. It was really good. I hope we can do it again.πŸ˜†β˜ΊπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸŽ¨

  8. Great to see so many positive comments about your art – well done.
I am impressed by your use of great subject specific vocabulary Henry.

  9. Me, Amelia, Nathan, Jamie.T, Liberty, Brandon, Joel, Matthew, Codie, Diesel, Denisa, Dylan, Libbie and Jamie.M are all through to the 2nd round of bananagrams. It’ll be tough!!!πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ˆπŸ˜•πŸ˜†πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜«πŸ‘ΉπŸ‘ΊπŸ‘πŸ‘Œ

    1. It certainly will!! It’s great to see some Year 5s have sneaked in there; who knows…we may be in for a surprise or two!

  10. I really enjoyed painting the Roman fresco I really enjoyed blending in all of the colours and using loads of different techniques !!!

  11. Most people used perspective, proportion, blending and layering. Our group used all of the vocabulary tasks in our painting.

  12. I thought painting the Roman Fresco was a great experience. I really liked blending in the colours and using loads of different techniques. I hope we do it again I really enjoyed it
