In our science lesson this week, we have been looking at fossils and the fascinating way they are created. We also looked at paleontologists and a very famous person called Mary Anning.

  2. Mary Anning is a famous person who collected fossils.
    A fossil is an imprint of something which lived a long time ago. Examples are bones, shells and coal.
    In 1833 Mary Anning nearly died by a landslide that killed her dog, Tray.

  3. Saddle quern means the bedstone of which is hollowed on it’s upper surface to receive a kind of stone roller which was used with a rocking and rubbing motion to grind the grain

  5. I loved marry anning it was good but I didn’t get to watch it all because I had to do gardaning it was fun to.😆
