After a wonderful topic launch looking at the Eatwell Guide and the different food groups, we can really get started on our Keeping Healthy topic.
Next week, we will look at how much sugar is in our favourite foods. I think you might be surprised about how much is hidden that we do not know about.
Have a look at some of the foods in your house and share on the blog how many grams (g) of sugar are in them.
I am currently enjoying some chocolate and there are 14.5g of sugar in it… Maybe I should choose something a little healthier from the fruits and vegetable food group!
