We have had great fun exploring the ice in our garden. The Mars children who took part in this terms homework project had a visit to the Cafe, well done everyone for taking part.
The children have all enjoyed the fun and games on our Celebration day today.
The Foundation Stage Team wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year !
Our first snow of the year – it’s been really exciting! We are getting better at putting on our coats, hats, gloves and scarves ourselves so that we are ready to explore the snow and ice. We’ve learned that ice can be slippery, that ice can trap leaves and sticks inside it but best of all we’ve learned that we can use sticks to draw and write in the snow!
Which is best – hot weather or cold weather?
We hope that you enjoyed our Little Nativity this week – we loved performing it! We thought you might like to see some pictures of the children in their costumes just before the performance.
Well done children what a fantastic Nativity
And here are some photos of the children backstage after the big event!
The 3 kings gave Jesus presents of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
If you had been at the stable when Jesus was born, what present would YOU give him? Why would you want to give that?
